Footwear retailer Dune London is partnering with charity End Youth
Homelessness to launch its Christmas in a Box festive fundraising campaign.

With an estimated 15,000 young people facing homelessness this
Christmas, Dune will be enabling its customers to purchase a flat pack
festive box wrapped as a traditional Christmas present for 5 pounds, which
when opened reveals a room decked out with stockings, a Christmas tree and
a short message explaining the difference their donation will make to a
young person’s life.

John Egan, chief executive of Dune London, said: “It’s frightening to
think that 15,000 young people face homelessness this Christmas. The very
least they deserve is somewhere safe and warm from where they can plan for
the future.

“Please pop in to Dune and support Christmas in a Box. Picking up a box
will ensure EYH charities can give young people the support they need,
wherever they are in the UK.”

It is hoped the Christmas in a Box campaign, created by creative agency
Founded, will raise around 25,000 pounds for End Youth Homelessness, which
supports more than 14,000 homeless young people across the UK each year.

The Christmas in a Box will be available in over 40 of Dune London’s
standalone stores.
