Tim Stapleton of Waconia has committed to wrestling for University of Minnesota in 2020-21.
Stapleton is a two-time state finalist. He won the Class AA 152-pound title in 2019 as a junior. He was runner-up at 145 pounds as a sophomore and was a state entrant at 138 pounds as a freshman.
Stapleton is projected to wrestle at 157 or 165 pounds for the Golden Gophers.
