It’s been quite a while since either of The Bella Twins have competed in a WWE ring before. The twins mostly remain inactive from in-ring competition these days, but they were both recently reintroduced on WWE programming during SummerSlam earlier this month. The sisters have not wrestled since the women’s Royal Rumble match in January, but they came back to the ring as a tag team for the first time in three years during last night’s WWE live event in Rochester, New York. Nikki and Brie Bella won their match against The Riott Squad and appear to be back in business. Brie Bella has already been confirmed to take part in a mixed tag team match with Daniel Bryan against The Miz and Maryse in September at Hell in a Cell.

Neville was granted his release from WWE earlier this week after months of negotiating and disagreements between both sides. The former Cruiserweight Champion is reportedly allowed to compete wherever he chooses at the moment, so several fans have already been trying to decide where he will end up next. A few wrestlers and promoters are even doing the same now. The Young Bucks and Marty Scurll recently teased the possibility of working with Neville, and Will Ospreay has also shown a great interest in working with the former NXT Champion as quickly as possible. These teases from wrestlers come right after World of Sport’s Stu Bennett offered the British wrestler the chance to appear on the show a few days ago.

Few would be willing to compete in matches more brutal and unforgiving than longtime Impact Wrestling competitor Abyss. The wrestler has become known for his gruesome and insane stunts over the years, but he will soon find himself in a whole other kind of match. MLW has just announced that Abyss will now be joining the promotion for one night to fight in a War Games match. Abyss will team up with Sami Callihan Jimmy Havoc, and the Death Machines to take on the team of John Hennigan, Tommy Dreamer, Kotto Brazil, Barrington Hughes, and Shane Strickland. This marks the first time ever that Abyss has competed for MLW, and it will all be taking place in two rings and one large cage on September 6th.
