Earlier tonight on Smackdown Live, United States Champion Randy Orton teamed up with one of his WrestleMania opponents in Bobby Roode, to square off against his other opponent Jinder Mahal who was supposed to team up with Sunil Singh.

After Singh feigned an injury, The Lion of Bulgaria Rusev stepped up to be the partner of Jinder Mahal. Rusev not only filled the spot of Singh, but he was able to be victorious by pinning the United States Champion, Randy Orton. This led to Rusev’s confidence being on a high, which had him inform Jinder Mahal of his intentions to be added to the United States Championship Match.

It looks like today is a happy Rusev Day, as Rusev was indeed added to the match, which now involves Randy Orton (c), Bobby Roode, Jinder Mahal, and the Bulgarian Brute, Rusev.

In related news, the match for the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships became official tonight between The Usos, the New Day, and The Bludgeon Brothers after tensions finally boiled over for the three teams. Check out the full updated WrestleMania card below.
