Following the announcement that 5 Star Wrestling has closed its doors, despite having several shows still booked, several British promotions have offered free tickets to those affected.
Earlier in the week, 5 Star Wrestling revealed it would be folding, which has left many fans disappointed after purchasing tickets for some of their shows that were set for future dates. The company has offered refunds but some fans have noted how getting the money back has been difficult, with some yet to receive it.
However, it isn’t all bad news as several British promotions have stepped in to help those who had bought 5 Star tickets by offering free tickets to their shows.
Dragon Pro Wrestling has offered free tickets to anyone who had bought 5 Star tickets to the Cardiff date, with its upcoming event also featuring many of the same roster members. Preston City Wrestling has also offered to help people affected by the situation as well.
