Jim Ross issued a new tweet on his official Twitter account late Thursday evening announcing that he is not feeling well, and that he will be spending the night in the hospital as a result.
The WWE Hall Of Fame announcer didn’t give much in the way of details.

Got home from Vegas not feeling well. Now spending the night in the hospital for observation. Shouldn't have said anything to my wife.
