Demi Lovato is moving forward with positivity.

On Thursday evening, the singer shared with her fans that she had sent a stunning bouquet of two dozen pink roses to herself, along with a sweet note written on the accompanying card.

“You’re beautiful, you’re loved, and you’re worthy of a happy and healthy life,” the card read. Lovato, 26, captioned the Instagram story image, “Cause sometimes you gotta send yourself flowers … #selflove.”

One day earlier, Lovato shared another floral-inspired part of her life: a rose tattooed on her index finger, which she showed off on Instagram alongside the simple caption, “Hi .”

Lovato’s self-love-promoting Instagram story came two days after a source close to the “Sorry Not Sorry” hitmaker told PEOPLE that she and designer Henry Levy had called it quits, four months after first being spotted together. And despite reports, Levy was never the singer’s sober companion, added the insider.

The exes were first linked in November after they were photographed together on a sushi dinner date in Los Angeles shortly after Lovato left a treatment facility following an overdose that July.

Then, in December, Lovato and Levy showed some PDA at Nobu in Malibu, California, before driving off in the same car. They also rang in the new year together with a trip to Aspen, Colorado.

Levy last shared a photo of the pair in France on Jan. 14.

On Tuesday, PEOPLE confirmed the “Confident” singer had recently sought further treatment at a facility outside of Los Angeles.

“She has not relapsed since she overdosed. She did recently go to a facility, but it was her own decision,” said the source. “It was one trip to a treatment facility for a few weeks outside of Los Angeles.”

Now back home in L.A., Lovato is “taking care of herself and is in a positive place,” added the insider. “She’s working out and getting back in the studio to make music.”
