For the last week WWE has been advertising a tag team match for Monday Night RAW pitting Intercontinental Champion Bobby Lashley and his mouthpiece Lio Rush against the former champion, Finn Balor, and a partner of his choosing.

Tonight, as WWE returned to Chicago, we found out Balor’s mystery partner is none other than the “Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman, who apparently had some unfinished business with both The Almighty and his loud-mouthed associate.

As you might imagine, @itsLioRush is feeling some type of way about @BraunStrowman being @FinnBalor's partner tonight! #RAW pic.twitter.com/CdHBYFM21c

While Lashley dominated the early parts of the match, taking the hurt to the leader of the Balor Club with powerful, explosive offense, his partner didn’t exactly fair as well. Rush tagged in and even set up Strowman for a big spear from the champion, but was hurled across the ring after connecting with a high-flying frog splash.

The action would inevitably spill to the outside where Lashley once again came to his partner’s aid, saving him from a bull-like stampede through the barricade, but the champion refused to get back into the ring to face The Monster one-on-one. Strowman planted Rush with several massive powerslams as Lashley watched on, before finally scoring the pinfall. Score another win for the good guys.

GOOD GOD, ARE YOU OK @itsLioRush?? @BraunStrowman has tagged in and is laying waste to The Man of the Hour on #Raw! @fightbobby @FinnBalor pic.twitter.com/AEugaiMsff
