– WWE Smackdown in Toledo, OH on 5/23 drew 3,800
- As we first reported here, plans to have Rusev debut on Smackdown were changed and he hasn’t been mentioned the past two weeks despite being promoted as returning to confront Shane McMahon.
- With Jinder Mahal now champion, there is currently no spot for Rusev according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter – at least in the manner he was promoted as challenging for the title.
