WWE has issued the following statement:
WWE has suspended Nuufolau Seanoa (Samoa Joe) for 30 days effective Monday, February 24, for his first violation of the company’s talent wellness policy.
It was reported just last week that Joe was out of action after suffering a concussion during a commercial shoot, and that it may lead to him missing this year’s WrestleMania. The soonest he could now return to the ring would be March 26th, just in time for the go-home edition of Monday Night Raw.
