Two Tag Team title matches will take place on Raw this Monday night.

WWE has announced that new Raw Tag Team Champions AJ Styles & Omos will defend their titles against former champions The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) on Raw this Monday. The WWE Women’s Tag Team titles will also be on the line on the episode as Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler defend against Naomi & Lana.

This will be the first time Styles and Omos have appeared on Raw since winning the Raw Tag Team titles from The New Day at WrestleMania 37 last month. That WrestleMania match was Omos’ televised in-ring debut.

Jax, Baszler & Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley defeated Naomi, Lana & Asuka on Raw last week. The week before that, Naomi & Lana defeated Jax & Baszler in a non-title match after a distraction by Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke.

Natalya & Tamina defeated Jax & Baszler in a non-title match on SmackDown this past Friday.

WWE has also announced that WWE Champion Bobby Lashley will face either Drew McIntyre or Braun Strowman in a one-on-one match on this Monday’s Raw. Lashley defending the WWE Championship against McIntyre and Strowman in a triple threat match is set for WrestleMania Backlash on Sunday, May 16.

Lashley vs. McIntyre in a singles match had originally been announced for WrestleMania Backlash, but Strowman was added to the match when he defeated McIntyre on Raw last week. In storyline, Lashley didn’t want the WrestleMania Backlash match to become a triple threat.

WWE.com wrote about Lashley facing McIntyre or Strowman on Monday’s Raw:

Bobby Lashley says he can take down Drew McIntyre or Braun Strowman anytime in a head-to-head situation.

The WWE Champion will get a chance to prove those words right this Monday night on Raw as he collides with either McIntyre or Strowman.

The ever-confident Lashley is two weeks away from putting his title on the line against both men in a massive Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania Backlash on Sunday, May 16, after Strowman earned his way into the bout last week with a win over McIntyre.

Which foe will clash with The All Mighty, and who will earn a major victory ahead of WrestleMania Backlash?
