It was seven months ago that Miley Cyrus Instagrammed a shrine to Woody Allen along with a caption announcing she was set to star in his first TV series on Amazon, and now we finally have some real details on the show. Titled Crisis in Six Scenes, the show will begin streaming on Sept. 30, exclusively on Amazon, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The magazine also published a ton of exclusive images, including the photo below, which Miley Instagrammed herself with the caption, “Crisis in Six Scenes directed & written by the star of the show Woody Allen, coming September 30 to Amazon,”

The show, which stars Allen and Elaine May as a couple living in the suburbs of New York in the 1960s, also features John Magaro and Rachel Brosnahan as an engaged couple, living with Allen and May. Cyrus will play a young hippie inspired by communism.

“It’s basically the story of people with very different backgrounds and ideas crossing paths and how someone can come in and make you question everything you’re doing,” writes Entertainment Weekly. The show, in true Woody Allen form, will have both comedic and dramatic elements and “a heavy amount of improvised dialogue.”

Allen has already made it known that he will not make a second season, and, according to the Hollywood Reporter, was paid $15 million to make the series.
