- After tonight’s Raw, WWE aired “Raw Talk” on the WWE Network, where the featured guests were Goldberg as well as Matt & Jeff Hardy. Some highlights are below:
– Goldberg came out first and basically said good bye to the WWE Universe
– He talked about his return to WWE and how that came out, specifically how he had to consider his age, physical ability and desire
– He said he is no longer the ‘tough guy’ from 13 years ago and his focus has shifted to his family
– Goldberg’s son joined him in the ring
– Goldberg said that after the disaster at WrestleMania 20 with Brock Lesnar, he feels he and Lesnar put on a pretty damn good match
– He concluded by saying you never know who or what is next for Goldberg
- Meanwhile, Matt & Jeff Hardy also spoke about their return and were in their old “Hardy Boyz” gimmick, rather than pushing the “Broken” characters. They basically talked about the journey they’ve been on since leaving the WWE and talk of facing all the great tag teams currently in WWE. They concluded their segment by saying they want to prove to be the most exhilarating tag team in the history of WWE.
